Standards
Terms of Service
The terms that govern use of the SPX website and its content.
Using the website
These terms cover access to SPX eSports website content. Site visitors should follow applicable law and the conduct rules below. Separate events, applications, purchases and business agreements can have additional controlling terms.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse, defraud or harass others; infringe rights; impersonate people; distribute malware; attempt unauthorized access; or disrupt website systems. Community Guidelines provide further expectations for SPX-operated spaces.
Events and programs
Future program descriptions do not guarantee availability, eligibility, selection, prize pools, timing or access. When a program opens, its published eligibility, entry documents, rules and agreements will apply. Fortnite publisher requirements may also apply.
Sponsorship and commercial inquiries
Sending an inquiry or a proposal does not create a sponsorship, employment, agency or confidentiality agreement. If a commercial relationship proceeds, deliverables, rights, approvals, fees, and reporting must be recorded in a separate written agreement.
Creative rights and submissions
SPX owns or licenses its site text, visual design and original marks. Viewing the site does not grant permission for unauthorized commercial reuse or imply endorsement. Fortnite and other third-party intellectual property remain subject to their owners' rights. Ordinary inquiries do not grant SPX permission to commercially republish the sender's material.
External resources
External links can lead to independent organizations and platforms. SPX cannot control their policies, availability or content.
Site changes and legal rights
SPX may change website features or information. Nothing in these general site-use provisions restricts rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
